- This study aims to determine the effect of capital structurel, dividend policy and audit committee on corporate value. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on Indondesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. The research method used is quantitative method and research design. The result of this research is intellectual The result of this research is capital structure has negative on firm value with t = -3,649 value sig 0,001 < α = 0,05. Dividend policy has no a positive on firm value with t value = 1,023 sig value= 0,316 > α = 0,05. Audit committee has no a negative on firm value with t value = -1,247 sig value = 0,224 > a = 0,05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan dividen dan komite audit terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2017. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian kausal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah struktur modal berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai t = -3,649 nilai sig 0,001 < α = 0,05. Kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai t = 1,023 nilai sig 0,316 > α = 0,05. Komite audit tidak berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai t = -1,247 nilai sig 0,224 > α = 0,05. Kata kunci :Struktur Modal , Kebijakan Dividen, Komite Audit , Nilai Perusahaan.
