There are so many variables that can actually cause an employee to turn over. And this research was conducted with the aim to determine the relationship between the perception of Burnout, Work Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Turnover Intention on the employees of Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. The objects in this research are 74 respondents who worked for Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. Data processing for statistical tests is carried out with the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program.&#xD; Simultaneous test results (F Test) in this research indicate that simultaneously, Burnout, Work Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables affect Turnover Intention on employees of Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. The results of the partial significance accuracy test (T Test) indicate that Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Work Engagement has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and not significant effect on Turnover Intention.&#xD; Keywords: Burnout, Work Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Turnover Intention, Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten&#xD; &#xD; Salah satu masalah pada sumber daya manusia yang kerap kali muncul adalah&#xD; permasalahan tentang turnover. Begitu banyak variabel-variabel yang sebenarnya&#xD; dapat menyebabkan seorang karyawan untuk melakukan turnover. Dan penelitian&#xD; ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi antara Burnout,&#xD; Work Engagement, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap&#xD; Turnover Intention pada karyawan Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten.&#xD; Objek pada penelitian ini adalah 74 responden yang bekerja untuk Yayasan Sayap&#xD; Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif&#xD; kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam&#xD; bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan&#xD; dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25.&#xD; Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara&#xD; simultan, variabel Burnout, Work Engagement, dan Organizational Citizenship&#xD; Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Yayasan&#xD; Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. Hasil uji ketepatan signifikansi parsial (Uji T)&#xD; menunjukkan bahwa Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover&#xD; Intention. Work Engagement berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap&#xD; Turnover Intention.
