PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, RETURN ON ASET DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Terindeks oleh Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) Periode 2012 – 2016)

- The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance, company size, return on assets and debt of assets on firm value. The object of this research is companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange indexed by corporate governance perception index for the period 2012-2016. This study has a sample of 8 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange indexed by corporate governance perception index with a total of 40 data. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method. Good corporate governance is measured by the CGPI score, the size of the company is proxied by the size ratio, profitability ratios that are proxied by ROA, debt to assets and company values measured using PBV. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the Good Corporate Governance, Company Size and Return On Asset variables affect the Corporate Value, while the Leverage represented by Debt to Asset does not affect the firm value of companies. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, return on asset dan debt to asset terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terindeks Corporate Governance Perception Indeks periode 2012 – 2016. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia yang terindeks corporate governance perception indeks dengan jumlah data sebanyak 40 data. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Good corporate governance diukur dengan skor cgpi, ukuran perusahan di proksikan dengan rasio size, rasio profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA, leverage yang diproksikan debt to asset dan Nilai Perusahaan diukur menggunakan PBV. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Return On Asset berpengaruh terhdap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Leverage yang dproksikan oleh Debt to Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
