This study aims to determine the changes of operating cash flow, the changes of infesting cash flow, the changes of financing cash flow, Price Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to stock return in the oil and gas mining sub-sector company listed in Indonesian stock exchange in 2011-2016. Total population in this research were 7 companies. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method in order to get 6 companies. The method of analysis used in this study is data panel. The result showed variable the changes of operating cash flow has negative significant influence to stock return. The change of infesting, Price Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have positive significant to stock return, while the change of financing cash flow hasn’t significant to stock return. Keyword: the changes of operating cash flow, the change of investment cash flow, the change of finansial cash flow, Price Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and stock return Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan Arus Kas Operasi (AKO), perubahan Arus Kas Investasi (AKI), perubahan Arus Kas Pendanaan (AKP), Price Book Value (PBV) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap return saham perusahaan sub-sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2016. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perubahan Arus Kas Operasi (AKO) memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap return saham. Perubahan Arus Kas Investasi (AKI), Price Book Value (PBV) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan variabel perubahan Arus Kas Pendanaan (AKP) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham.
