The&#xD; type of quantitative research with the total population 119 respondens The&#xD; sampling method used was non-propability sampling. The method of analysis used&#xD; in this is study multiple linear regression. The results of study show that variables&#xD; compensation, motivation, and workload simultaneosusly are having significant&#xD; on job satisfaction. Partially variables compensation did not significantly&#xD; influence employee job satisfaction, variables work motivation had a positive and&#xD; significant effect on job satisfaction, and workload variables had a negative and&#xD; significant effect on Job Satisfactiom. Based on the results of the study it can be&#xD; suggested that the company adjusts the salary according to the workload and&#xD; responsibility of employees in their work. This research can be used as a&#xD; reference material in developing advantages and perfecting deficiencies in the&#xD; company.&#xD; Keywords: compensation, work motivation, workload, employee job satisfaction&#xD; &#xD; Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi,&#xD; motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja keryawan dibank bjb&#xD; cabang BSD. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, jumlah populasi 119 karyawan dengan&#xD; menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-propobility sampling. Metode&#xD; analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil&#xD; penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan beban&#xD; kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap&#xD; kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap&#xD; kepuasan kerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan&#xD; terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan&#xD; signifikan untuk kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di sarankan&#xD; perusahaan menyesuaikan pemberian gaji sesuai dengan beban kerja dan&#xD; tanggung jawab karyawan dalam pekerjaannya.
