  • Online web-based recruitment application (e-recruitment) at PT Telkom Akses is an application designed to facilitate the process of recruiting new employees at PT Telkom Akses. This application is designed to provide a solution to the problems that arise in the recruitment process that currently has not centralized data and not yet available data processing process applicants that cause the company difficulty in screening prospective job applicants according to needs. This application was developed with a prototype method approach using the PHP programming language with the Code Igniter framework and MySQL database. This application is also equipped with a decision support system (DSS) with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Some of the features available in this application include submission of job openings from each unit, approval of job openings by HC center, input of online test questions, input biodata of applicants, applying for job openings, online test, determining the interview schedule of applicants, input value from interviews, notification to applicants through an official email from PT Telkom Access, reports, job recommendations for applicants based on criteria for adjusting age, last education, GPA scores, work experience and salary suitability as well as providing recommendations for the best applicants list for companies based on criteria that pass the interview stage and final selection criteria . Keywords: Application, E-Recruitment, Prototype, Decission Support Sistem (DSS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Aplikasi rekrutmen online (e-recruitment) berbasis web pada PT Telkom Akses merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses perekrutan karyawan baru di PT Telkom Akses. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang muncul pada proses rekrutmen yang saat ini belum terpusat datanya dan belum tersedia fitur proses pengolahan data pelamar yang menyababkan perusahaan kesulitan dalam menyaring calon pelamar kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan metode prototype dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Code Igniter dan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem penunjang keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Beberapa fitur yang tersedia di aplikasi ini antara lain pengajuan lowongan pekerjaan dari tiap unit, approval lowongan pekerjaan oleh HC pusat, input soal test online, input biodata pelamar, apply lowongan pekerjaan, test online, menentukan jadwal interview pelamar, input nilai hasil interview, pemberitahuan kepada pelamar melalui email resmi dari PT Telkom Akses, laporan, rekomendasi pekerjaan bagi pelamar berdasarkan kriteria kesesuaikan umur, pendidikan terkakhir, nilai IPK,pengalaman kerja dan kesesuaian gaji serta memberikan rekomendasi daftar pelamar terbaik bagi perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria yang lolos tahap interview dan kriteria seleksi akhir.
