PEMILIHAN FAKTOR DAN KRITERIA PRIORITAS PROGRAM KERJA DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS ( AHP ) PADA PT.GARUDA INDONESIA CARGO

- In the process of shipping goods, the selection of the right priority work program will help the continuation of the work program. The selection of work programs carried out without consideration of each criterion will lead to suspicion for the company due to not prioritizing work programs that support the provit for the company. The purpose of this research is to know the method of selection carried out by PT. Garuda Indonesia Cargo, calculate and determine each weighting criteria, and determine the priority of work programs that are processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The process of selecting a work program is carried out with one method of decision making, namely analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on data processing carried out with this method the quality criteria were produced with a value of 0.71%, then the chosen work program was equipment with a value of 0.46%. With the creation of a work program rating model it is hoped that it can be useful for the process of selecting other work programs with the same industry type, namely service industries. Pemilihan program kerja yang dilakukan tanpa pertimbangan dari masing-masing kriteria akan menimbulkan kerugaian bagi perusahaan yang disebabkan tidak memprioritaskan program kerja yang menunjang profit bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitaian ini adalah mengetahui metode pemilihan yang dilakukan oleh PT.Garuda Indonesia Cargo, menghitung dan menentukan masing-masing bobot kriteria, serta menentukan prioritas program kerja yang diolah menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Proses pemilihan program kerja dilakukan dengan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yaitu analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan metode tersebut dihasilkan kriteria kualitas dengan nilai bobot 0,71% lalu program kerja yang terpilih yaitu peralatan dengan nilai bobot 0,46%. Dengan dibuatnya suatu model pemeringkat program kerja ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk proses pemilihan prioritas program kerja lainnya dengan tipe industri yang sama yaitu isdustri jasa.
