Congestion at this point is caused by various factors, including the presence of factories around intersections, food stores around the intersection, and the large volume of private vehicles operating at these intersections, coupled with the drivers' undisciplined attitude.&#xD; To get the primary that is by way of doing a survey by the volume of traffic and a survey by the time the traffic lights. The data has been obtained by the way search using the internet. What all the data was used to analyze the performance of the intersection with the use of Manual's capacity on Indonesia (MKJI.).&#xD; From the results of the analysis, the results of the signalized intersection on Jalan Teuku Umar - Jalan Proklamasi, Tangerang have LOS = F, with an average delay of driving of 74.46 seconds for morning conditions, 66.80 seconds / daytime conditions, 176.71 sec / afternoon conditions. For segments having LOS = A and B, then evaluation 1 is done by changing the cycle time at the intersection and making a ban on heavy vehicles to cross with an average delay sequentially 17.10 sec / hr condition (morning), 15.48 sec / vehicle condition (afternoon), 22.05 seconds condition (afternoon), so that the average delay value and LOS between morning conditions 17.10 sec / kend C, afternoon condition 15.48 C, afternoon conditions 20.05 C.&#xD; Keywords: Signal intersection, Section, Degree of saturation, Delay, Average delay, Level of service intersection.&#xD; &#xD; Jalan Teuku Umar yang terdiri dari Jalan Teuku Umar dan Jalan Proklamasi yang merupakan akses dari daerah Tangerang menuju ke Kabupaten Tangerang ataupun sebaliknya, dari Kabupaten Tangerang menuju ke daerah Tangerang Kota. Kemacetan di titik ini disebabkan karena berbagai faktor, antara lain adanya pabrik disekitar persimpangan , toko makanan di sekitar persimpangan, serta banyaknya volume kendaraan pribadi yang beroperasi di titik persimpangan tersebut, ditambah dengan sikap tidak disiplin para pengemudinya.&#xD; Untuk mendapatkan data primer yaitu dengan cara melakukan survey volume lalu lintas dan survey waktu lampu lalu lintas. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dengan cara pencarian menggunakan media internet. Data-data yang didapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang tersebut dengan menggunakan Metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997).&#xD; Dari hasil analisis di dapat hasil kinerja simpang bersinyal pada Jalan Teuku Umar &#x2013; Jalan Proklamasi, Tangerang memiliki LOS = F, dengan besarnya tundaan rata &#x2013; rata perkendaraan sebesar 74,46 dtk/kend untuk kondisi pagi, 66,80 dtk/kend kondisi Siang, 176,71 dtk/kend kondisi sore.
