PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur sub Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi di BEI Periode 2013-2016)

- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Company Size, Leverage and Dividend policy Value. Company Value Variable is measured by Per Book Value (PBV), Corporate Size variable measured by SIZE and Leverage variable measured by Debt of Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend policy variable measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study amounted to 37 companies with research period in 2013 until 2016. The sample used as many as 14 companies. Sample selection method in this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Leverage and Dividend Policy positive effect on Corporate Value while the variable Company Size does not effect the Company Value. Keywords: Company Value, Company Size, Levarage, Dividend Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel Nilai Perusahaan diukur dengan Per Book Value (PBV), variabel Ukuran Perusahaan diukur dengan SIZE dan variabel Leverage diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) serta variabel Kebijakan Dividen diukur dengan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR). Data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan atas perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2016. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 perusahan. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan variabel Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
