ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN APLIKASI GRAPHSAPP UNTUK MANAJAMEN ORDER JASA FOTOGRAFI (Studi Kasus: Aries Pangestu Photography)

- Aries Pangestu Photography is a business engaged in photography, wedding and prewedding services since 2008. Over time, the customer orders received by Aries Pangestu Photography have increased, resulting in a large number of editing queue lists and the lack of control of the editor's head in distributing work to the editor team . In dividing the schedule, the field team (photographer, videographer and crew) is still manually inputted, namely the schedule is written on paper and stored in a file cabinet so that the marketing team that is meeting outside with the customer to determine the date must contact the office. From these problems, analysis and design of GraphsApp applications for web-based order management are needed with the PIECES method as an analysis and Unifield Modeling Language (UML) tools as an overview of the proposed system design that is expected to provide solutions related to scheduling, order status, and reports relating to business processes in order to present information related to order progress quickly and precisely and the work of field teams and editors can be monitored so that performance and service are better. Keywords: Analysis and design, order management, PIECES Aries Pangestu Photography merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa fotografi, wedding dan prewedding sejak 2008. Seiring berjalannya waktu, order pelanggan yang diterima Aries Pangestu Photography semakin meningkat, sehingga terjadinya antrian list editing yang banyak dan kuragnya kontrol kepala editor dalam mendistribusikan pekerjaan kepada tim editor. Dalam pembagian jadwal tim lapangan (fotografer, videografer dan kru) masih diinput secara manual yaitu jadwal ditulis diatas kertas dan disimpan dalam lemari arsip sehingga tim marketing yang sedang meeting diluar dengan pelanggan untuk menentukan tanggal harus menghubungi pihak kantor. Dari permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkannya analisa dan perancangan aplikasi GraphsApp untuk manajemen order berbasis web dengan metode PIECES sebagai analisa dan alat bantu Unifield Modeling Language (UML) sebagai gambaran rancangan sistem usulan yang diharapkan mampu memberi solusi terkait dengan penjadwalan, status order, serta laporan yang berhubungan dengan proses bisnis agar dapat menyajikan informasi terkait progress order secara cepat dan tepat serta pekerjaan tim lapangan maupun editor dapat dipantau sehingga kinerja dan pelayanan menjadi lebih baik.
