This study aims to determine whether there is an influence leverage, likuiditas, growth, jaminan, maturity ratios on sukuk ratings. The object of this research is the company (Tbk) which issues sukuk and sukuk is given a rating by PEFINDO. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach with a total sample of 45. Therefore, the data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, variable leverage, likuiditas, growth, jaminan, maturity affect the rating sukuk. this is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of one of the free variables that support the hypothesis. therefore the test results of this study states that there is a partial effect maturity to the sukuk rating. Keywords: rating sukuk, leverage, likuiditas, growth, jaminan, maturity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh rasio leverage, likuiditas, growth, jaminan, maturity terhadap rating sukuk. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan (Tbk) yang mengeluarkan sukuk dan sukuk tersebut diberikan peringkat oleh PEFINDO. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45. Karena itu, analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel leverage, likuiditas, growth, jaminan, maturity terhadap rating sukuk. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari salah satu variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial yaitu variabel maturity terhadap rating sukuk.
