This research is to find out the effect of Investment, Government Expenditures on Economic Growth and Labor Absorption. The object of this research is all provinces throughout Indonesia. The samples used in this study were 34 provinces throughout Indonesia in 2012-2016. The data used in this study was taken Website www.bps.go.id whose financial statements were presented in full in all Provinces throughout Indonesia in 2012 - 2016. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling method which uses certain criteria. The method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing is F test and t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study show that partially the variables of Investment, Government Expenditures and Economic Growth affect the Absorption of Labor. This is proven by the results of the partial test (t test) which shows the significant value of the three independent variables. Keywords: investment, government expenditure, economic growth and employment. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh Provinsi se-Indonesia. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 Provinsi se-Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil Website www.bps.go.id yang laporan keuangannya disajikan secara utuh di semua Provinsi se-Indonesia pada tahun 2012 – 2016. Sampel diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling yang menggunakan kriterian tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis yaitu Uji F dan Uji t serta koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja. Hal Ini di buktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas. Kata kunci : investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja.
