This research aims to analyze the structure of capital, working capital turnover, investment opportunity set and economic value added against the value of property and real estate companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in 2013-2016. Data retrieval method that is used is the purposive sampling with the total sample as many as 23 companies. This research method using multiple linear regression with significant alpha of 0.05. Results of research partially shows the structure of capital and economic value added positive effect significantly to the value of the company while the working capital turnover and investment opportunity set a negative effect against the value of the company . Keywords: capital structure, Working capital turn over, investment opportunity set, economic value added and firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur modal, perputaran modal kerja, investment opportunity set dan economic value added terhadap nilai perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2016. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan signifikan alpha sebesar 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan struktur modal dan economic value added berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan perputaran modal kerja dan investment opportunity set berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Struktur modal, Perputaran modal kerja, Investment opportunity set, Economic value added dan nilai perusahaan.
