- The delay in time on a job is one of the problems that are often encountered in the world of construction, such as those experienced by the cross bogor - sukabumi double track railway project. The delay in the time for the double-bogor-sukabumi railway line project resulted in a change in the plan's curve in package 2 carried out by PT. XY and package 3 carried out by PT. XZ. Then it requires an identification of risk factors that affect the time delay in the railroad double track project and handle the risk factors that affect the delay so that it can reduce the delay. The analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis, Risk Relative Importance (RRI) using ms. excel and Matlab software with the Fuzzy Inference Risk Maps method. From the results of the analysis using the Fuzzy Inference Risk Maps method, the 10 highest risk levels were obtained, namely the completion of land acquisition, material changes in form, function, and specifications, the effect of rain on construction activities, financial availability during implementation, wrong construction / implementation methods or improper, the determination of the project schedule is very strict by the owner, fluctuations in the value of the rupiah against the dollar, limited authority of the owner's personnel in making decisions, delays in the payment process by the owner, inaccurate material orders. Of the 10 highest risk factors, the risk response is carried out against the existing risk factors. Keterlambatan waktu pada proyek jalur ganda kereta api lintas bogor - sukabumi mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan kurva s rencana pada paket 2 yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. XY dan paket 3 yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. XZ. Maka dibutuhkan suatu identifikasi faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan waktu pada proyek jalur ganda kereta api dan melakukan penanganan terhadap faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan sehingga dapat mengurangi keterlambatan yang ada. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, Risk Relative Importance (RRI) dengan menggunakan ms. excel dan software Matlab dengan metode Fuzzy Inference Risk Maps . Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Inference Risk Maps di dapatkan 10 tingkar risiko tertinggi yaitu Belum selesainya pembebasan lahan, perubahan material pada bentuk, fungsi, dan spesifikasi, pengaruh hujan pada aktifitas konstruksi, ketersedian keuangan selama pelaksanaan, metode konstruksi /pelaksanaan kerja yang salah atau tidak tepat, penetapan jadwal proyek yang amat ketat oleh pemilik, fluktuasi nilai rupiah terhadap dollar, keterbatasan wewenang personil pemilik dalam pengambilan keputusan, keterlambatan proses pembayaran oleh owner, ketidak tepatan waktu pemesanan material. Dari 10 faktor risiko tertinggi dilakukan respon risiko terhadap faktor risiko yang ada.
