PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, AKTIVITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

- This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of liquidity, activity, leverage, and growth opportunity on profitability. The object of the research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Of the total population of 48 property and real estate companies, 31 companies met the criteria to be as a sample. The analytical method used in this research is regression with panel data and the best panel model chosen is fixed effect model. The results of this study show that liquidity, activity, leverage, and growth opportunity simultaneous significantly effect on profitability. Partially, activity and growth opportunity have positive and significant effect on profitability, leverage has negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has positive but no significant effect on profitability. Activity is the variable that has the most influence on profitability. Keywords: liquidity, activity, leverage, growth opportunity, profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, aktivitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 48 perusahaan property dan real estate diperoleh 31 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi dengan data panel dan model terbaik yang terpilih adalah fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, aktivitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara parsial aktivitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Aktivitas merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci: likuiditas, aktivitas, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas
