ALGORITMA FISHER YATES SHUFFLE</title><creator>GUNDARI, EGI</creator><description>PT XYZ is a start-up company in the field of digital media having a service that is
a restaurant directory information system with review and blog features. These
services can be accessed through websites, android applications and also the Ios
application. The company calls on each employee to review the restaurant listed on
the system. For each month, the employee receives compensation in the form of
transport money for the review process carried out. But in practice, many employees
do not carry out the process properly, such as choosing the same restaurant every
month, reviews on a restaurant can be written by many employees, and also the
distribution process for employees reviewing many restaurants is still not optimal,
because employees are allowed to determine own destination restaurant. To
overcome this, a restaurant review scheduling system was created, where
employees will receive a number of restaurant names randomly to be reviewed
every month. This scheduling process implements the Fisher Yates Algorithm.
Where the system will issue a list of restaurants for each employee who will review
the restaurant. The function provided is the process of making a review, and the
function of uploading proof of submission of transport money. With this system,
the process of implementing reviews can run better and optimally. This is because
employees can no longer choose the same restaurant every month.

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan start-up di bidang media digital memiliki sebuah
layanan yaitu sistem informasi direktori restoran dengan fitur ulasan dan blog.
Layanan tersebut bisa diakses melalui situs web, aplikasi android dan juga aplikasi
Ios. Perusahaan menghimbau kepada setiap karyawan untuk melakukan ulasan
pada restoran yang terdaftar pada sistem. Untuk setiap bulannya, karyawan tersebut
mendapatkan kompensasi berupa uang transport atas proses ulasan yang
dilaksanakan. Tetapi pada pelaksanaannya, banyak karyawan yang tidak
melaksanakan proses tersebut dengan baik, seperti memilih restoran yang sama
setiap bulannya, ulasan pada sebuah restoran bisa ditulis oleh banyak karyawan,
dan juga proses sebaran untuk karyawan mengulas banyak restoran masih belum
optimal, dikarenakan karyawan diizinkan untuk menentukan restoran tujuan
sendiri. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem penjadwalan ulasan
restoran, dimana karyawan akan menerima sejumlah nama restoran secara acak
untuk diulas setiap bulannya. Proses penjadwalan ini mengimplementasikan
Algoritma Fisher Yates. Dimana sistem akan mengeluarkan daftar restoran bagi
setiap karyawan yang akan mengulas restoran tersebut. Fungsi yang disediakan
adalah proses pembuatan ulasan, dan fungsi upload bukti pengajuan uang transport.
Dengan adanya sistem ini, maka proses pelaksanaan ulasan dapat berjalan dengan
lebih baik dan optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan karyawan sudah tidak bisa lagi memilih
restoran yang sama setiap bulannya..
