  • Teachers as educators and and nistructors of the nect, generation must be prepared to face a new era. The teacher's responsibility is very heavy. For this reason, a variety of knowledge and appreciation for teachers is needed. This study to analyze the effects of Compensation, Motivation, and Teacher Commitment on Teacher Performance in Muhammadiyah High School 2. Data taken using questionnaire to 44 respondents using saturated sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable Compensation, teacher motivation and teacher commitment had positive and significant effection Teachers Performance at Muhammadiyah 2 High School in Kota Tangerang. Keyword: The Effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Teacher Commitment on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah High School 2 Guru sebagai pendidik dan pengajar generasi penerus bangsa, harus siap menghadapi era baru. Tanggung jawab guru sangat berat. Untuk itu diperlukan beragam pengetahuan dan penghargaan terhadap guru. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Komitmen guru terhadap Kinerja guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 2. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 44 responden dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi guru, dan Komitmen guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Tangerang.
