The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value. This study was performed on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using data from consumer good manufacturing company during 2013-2016. The population in this study as many as 44 companies, and by using purposive sampling techniques, the obtaines 17 companies in the sample. Data nalysis technique in this study using multiple linier regression analysis with t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The program used to analyze is SPSS 21 (Statistical Package For Social Saint). The result of this study indicate that investment decision are significant positive effect on the value of the company, while dividend policy does not effect on the value of company from consumer good manufacturing company during 2013-2016. Keywords : Investment decisions, dividend policy,value of the company Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh keputusan investasi dan keputusan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan, dan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample purposive sampling maka diperoleh 17 perusahaan sebagai sample. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Program yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SPSS 21 (Statistical Package For Social Saint). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi periode 2013-2016.
