ANALISA KINERJA ARUS LALU LINTAS RUAS JALAN AKSES JALAN HUSEIN SASTRA NEGARA DAN SIMPANG TAK BERSINYAL MENUJU BANDAR UDARA SOEKARNO - HATTA

- Soekarno-Hatta Airport is located at 060.07.32 "LS 1060.39'40" BT, increasing economic sector will lead to higher community activities. To support this activity, the community needs adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. Based on this, the research was carried out on the crossing of the state's literary road access road and the non-signalized intersection to the Soekarno-Hatta airport. The research was conducted using a method Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. The results of the analysis on the performance of the road with the level of service F from the reference in POS 1 with the value of DS 1.34 and the POS 2 value DS 1.36. Results in non-signalized intersections with degree of saturation of 1.13 with service level F. Gradual solutions that meet the target are obtained in the third stage which includes increasing side barriers, prohibiting heavy vehicles entering the road during rush hour and for non-signaling barriers turning right directly with the results of the service level road performance segment C from the reference degree of saturation worth 0.76 in POS 1, 0.78 in POS 2, and the non-signaled intersection of service level B from the reference degree of saturation worth 0.65. Untuk menunjang aktivitasnya tersebut, masyarakat membutuhkan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang memadai. Bedasarkan hal tersebut penelitian dilaksanakan pada arus lintas ruas jalan akses jalan husein sastra negara dan simpang tak bersinyal menuju bandar udara soekarno – hatta Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil analisis pada kinerja ruas jalan dengan tingkat peyanan F dari acuan pada POS 1 dengan nilai DS 1,34 dan pada POS 2 nilai DS 1,36. Hasil pada simpang tak bersinyal dengan derajat kejenuhan 1,13 dengan tingkat pelayanan F. Solusi bertahap yang memenuhi sasaran didapat pada tahapan ketiga yang mencakup peningkatan hambatan samping, pelarangan kendaraan berat memasuki ruas jalan pada jam sibuk dan untuk simpang tak bersinyal pelarangan belok kanan langsung dengan hasil ruas kinerja jalan tingkat pelayanan C dari acuan derajat kejenuhan senilai 0,76 pada POS 1, 0,78 pada POS 2, dan simpang tak bersinyal tingkat pelayanan B dari acuan derajat kejenuhan senilai sebesar 0,65.
