Research methods used is study literature, analysis method and design. Study literature thst is search and collect various sources literature, analysis method is conduct research on company with direct observation and interview, analysis and identification to deficiencies in the manual system and design better system. Design method that is with the new system design with used object oriented approach with UML visual modeling. Information ystem development this is made with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result achieved are an information service system for checking partner documents can be integrate documents that related with partner and can be present reports that needed so that can make effective bussines process and can be give information that useful for support in making decision.

Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Pengecekan Dokumen Mitra Kerja ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengecekan dokumen mitra kerja yang berhubungan dengan pendaftaran mitra kerja pada MABES TNI AL agar proses bisnis perusahaan lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, metode analisis dan perancangan. Studi pustaka yaitu mencari dan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber kepustakaan, metode anailisis yaitu mengadakan penelitian pada perusahaan dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara, analisis dan identifikasi terhadap kekurangan pada system manual serta merancang system yang lebih baik. Metode perancangan yaitu dengan merancang system yang baru dengan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan pemodelan visual UML. Pengembangan system informasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu suatu sistem informasi pelayanan pengecekan dokumen mitra kerja yang dapat mengintegrasikan dokumen dokumen yang berhubungan dengan mitra kerja serta dapat menyajikan laporan laporan yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat mengefektifkan proses bisnis yang berjalan dan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan.
