PENGARUH LABA AKUNTANSI, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM) TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA SUB SEKTOR PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013-2017)

- This research aims to examine the influence of Accounting Earnings, Size and Net Profit Margin of Stock Returns (Empirical Study on Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013 - 2017). The population in this research is the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies period 2013 – 2017. The selection of sample used purposive sampling methods. From the predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 30 companies and total of 48 companies during the observation period of five years. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that The result of this research showed that (1) Accounting Earnings was significant positive influence on stock returns, (2) Size was not significant influence on stock returns, (3) Net Profit Margin was significant positive influence on stock returns. Keywords: Earnings, Size, Net Profit Margin, Stock Returns Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Laba Akuntansi, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor Properti dan Real Estate periode 2013 – 2017. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan dan total 48 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan yaitu lima tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Laba Akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham, (2) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, (3) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham.
