Its location close to the capital city of Jakarta, Bandung becomes a "short escape" for residents of Jakarta City. Bandug town is a foreign tourist attraction for tourism and recreation. Hotels and resorts are expected to attract visitors as they have different service designs and themes. The type of hotel chosen for this design is the hotel and resort. Kota Bandung adalah salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan yang sudah popular bagi turis domestic maupun mancanegara. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan Ibukota Jakarta, menjadikan Bandung menjadi “Short Escape” bagi para penghuni Kota Jakarta. Kota Bandug merupakan magnet bagi turis mancanegara untuk wisata dan rekreasi. Hotel dan Resort diharapkan mampu menarik pengunjung karena memiliki tema desain dan pelayanan yang berbeda dari biasanya. Jenis hotel yang dipilih untuk rancangan ini merupakan hotel dan resort. Dimana hotel ini menampilkan tema yang berbeda dari tema yang lainnya yang menawarkan keindahan alam sekitar dan menyediakan fasilitas yang sangat menarik.
