This research is to find out about the influence of corporate governance, sales growth and company size to financial distress. The dependent variable which is financial distress is adjusted to the financial distress prediction model by Altman Z-Score. Independent variable which is corporate governance which includes managerial and institutional ownership, sales growth and company size. The sample used in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017 with a total of 40 sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 21. The results of this research shows that institutional ownership have significant positively influence to financial distress, company size have significant negatively influence to financial distress, but for managerial ownership and sales growth does not influence to financial distress, Keywords: Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, sales growth, company size, financial distress Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate governance, sales growth dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah financial distress yang diukur dengan model prediksi financial distress oleh Altman Z-Score. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah corporate governance yang meliputi kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional, sales growth dan ukuran perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia 2014-2017 dengan jumlah 40 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress, tetapi untuk kepemilikan manajerial dan sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, Kata kunci : Kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, sales growth, ukuran perusahaan, Financial distress
