The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the current ratio of company growth, company size, capital structure, and return on equity on firm value. The method of determining the sample by purposive sampling method, with a variety of predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 276 out of 116 samples in manufacturing companies in the basic industrial sector and chemistry. The type of data used is secondary by accessing the site www.idx.co.id and the company's official website. The results of the study show that the current ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value in the basic and chemical industry sectors. The growth of the company has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company in the basic industrial and chemical sectors. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on the value of the firm's basic industrial and chemical sectors. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on the value of companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors. Return on equity has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value in the basic and chemical industry sectors. Keywords: Current ratio, company growth, company size, capital structure, company value, return on equity Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh current ratio ̧ pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, dan return on equity terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan berbagai kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 276 dari 116 sampel pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder dengan mengakses situs www.idx.co.id dan situs resmi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Return on equity berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia.
