ENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS dan MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KURIR PT. LAZADA LOGISTIC (JAKARTA BARAT)

- The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation to performance courier PT. Lazada Logistic West Jakarta branch. This research is a type of causal assosiative research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with other variables or how a variable affects other variables. The population in thus sudy are a courier PT. Lazada logistic west Jakarta branch. Sampling method using solvin with the number of samples as much as 135 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data were colleted through literature study. Data analysis method usedd is descriptive and quantitative with correlation analysis techniques.The results of hypothesis testing research shows that the correlation leadership style with courier performance PT. Lazada Logistic west Jakarta branch have a positive and significant effect correlation test shows 0,726%, that also with a variable of motivation on courier performance at PT.lazada Logistic showed positive and significant results the results showed 0,755%. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi terhadap kinerja kurir PT.Lazada Logistic cabang jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiasif kausal yag bertujuan untuk menganalisa anatara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kurir yang berkerja di PT. Lazada Logistic cabang Jakarta Barat. Metode pembambilan sampel menggunakan metode solvin dengan jumlah sampel 135. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data skunder dikumpulkan memalui studi pustaka. Metode nalisis data yang digunkan adalah metode analisis deskripstif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korelasi gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja kurir PT. Lazada Logistic berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, uji korelasi menunjukan 0,726%. Begitupun dengan varibel motivasi terhdapa kinerja kurir di PT.lazada Logistic menunjukan hasil positif dan signifikan hasil penelitian menunjukan 0,755%.
