From the analysis of the city of Bandung, the design of the hotel to be built is a type of hotel resort, in its sense resort hotels are hotels that are generally built in tourist places, the purpose of building hotels of course is as an accommodation facility from a tourist activity. which distinguishes from other types of hotels, namely from the market segment, location, facilities, architecture and atmosphere. The hotel resort building that will be designed, adopts the theme of neo vernacular architecture in the city area to be built, so that the building still characterizes Bandung city but still looks modern, besides that the building will be designed with a natural ventilation system, in order to utilize the Bandung climate which tends cool, besides that the hotel will be built to a 3-star standard, in terms of facilities will be adjusted to a 3-star hotel. Perencanaan Lokasi hotel yang akan dibangun terletak di bandung, berdasarkan hasil pengetahuan tentang kota bandung, kota bandung terkenal dengan sebutan kota pariwisata, pendidikan, serta kuliner, selain itu kota bandung juga memiliki citra kota di jaman dahulu yang disebut kota indah dan cantik, dengan banyak pohon-pohon dan bunga-bunga yang tumbuh. Dari analisa tentang kota bandung maka desain hotel yang akan dibangun berjenis resort hotel, dalam pengertiannya resort hotel merupakan hotel yang umumnya dibangun berada di tempat-tempat wisata, tujuan pembangunan hotel semacam ini tentunya adalah sebagai fasilitas akomodasi dari suatu aktifitas wisata, resort hotel memiliki karakterisitk yang membedakan dengan jenis hotel yang lain, yaitu dari segmen pasar, lokasi, fasilitas, arsitektur dan suasana. Bangunan resort hotel yang akan dirancang, mengadopsi tema arsitektur neo vernakular di daerah kota yang akan dibangun, sehingga bangunan tetap mencirikan kota bandung namun Tetap terkesan modern, selain itu bangunan akan dirancang dengan sistem penghawaan alami, hal tersebut dilakukan guna untuk memanfaatkan iklim bandung yang cenderung sejuk, selain itu hotel yang akan dibangun bertaraf bintang 3, dari segi fasilitas akan disesuaikan dengan hotel bertaraf bintang 3.
