ANALISA PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN BAHAN BAKU KOPI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING (MRP) PADA PT.KOPI TANAH AIR KITA

- PT.Kopi Tanah Air Kita have problems with the supply of raw materials, especially coffee, coffee has an uncertain supply cycle. This will definitely hurt the company and disrupt the production process. Forecasting is used to calculate the demand for the following year and then using the MRP method to minimize the cost of the inventory. The forecasting methods used are Linear Regression, Double Exponential Smoothing, Double Moving Average, Aggregate Planning, Master Production Schedule. Methods used in planning and handling of raw materials are Lot For Lot (LFL), Quantity of Economic Order (EOQ), Quantity Order Quantity (POQ). The result of the analysis is Double Exponential Smoothing method because it has TS estimation value of 6.31373, value of MAE 850.7219, value of MSE 850.721906, value of MAPE 0.500. Design and control PT.Kopi Tanah Air Kita can use the LFL method because the inventory cost is Rp.7.553.562.000, the purchase cost is Rp. 7.803.630.000, the order cost is Rp.49, 932,000 and has no savings charge for the period January - December 2017 Keyword: Forecasting, MRP LFL, EOQ, POQ,Agregar,MPS PT. Kopi Tanah Air Kita memiliki masalah dengan pasokan bahan baku, terutama kopi, kopi memiliki siklus persediaan yang tidak menentu. Ini pasti akan merugikan perusahaan dan mengganggu proses produksi. Peramalan digunakan untuk menghitung permintaan untuk tahun berikutnya dan selanjutnya menggunakan metode MRP untuk meminimalkan biaya persediaan. Metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear, Double Exponential Smoothing, Double Moving Average, Agregat Planning, Master Production Schedule. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan dan penanganan bahan baku adalah Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ). Hasil dari analisis adalah metode Double Exponential Smoothing karena memiliki nilai estimasi kesalahan TS sebesar 6.31373, Nilai total MAE 850.7219, nilai MSE 850.721906, nilai MAPE sebesar 0.500. Merencanakan dan mengendalikan PT. Kopi Tanah Air Kita dapat menggunakan metode LFL karena biaya persediaan sebesar Rp.7.853.562.000, biaya pembelian adalah Rp. 7.803.630.000, biaya pesanan adalah Rp.49.932.000 dan tidak memiliki biaya simpan untuk periode Januari - Desember 2017 Kata Kunci: Peramalan, MRP LFL, EOQ, POQ,Agregat ,MPS
