PENGARUH CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO (CAR), NON PERFORMING LOAN (NPL), DAN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) TERHADAP KENAIKAN HARGA SAHAM PADA BANK BUMN DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2009-2016

- This research aims to look at the influence of 4 banks BUMN with the biggest asset, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Return On Asset (ROA) to the stock price (in the Indonesia Stock Exchange/IDX). The data used in this study is financial reports published over the years 2009- 2016. This research using a sample of a total of 32 samples. Methods of analysis using multiple linear analysis model. From the test result with eviews9 obtainted Capital Adequay Ratio(CAR) has a positve and significant efeect on stock prices in the subsector BUMN bank, while the Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Return On Asset (ROA) does not efect the stock prices in the subsector of BUMN bank. Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Asset (ROA), Stock Pric Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh 4 Bank BUMN dengan asset terbesar yaitu Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Harga Saham (di Bursa Efek Indonesia/BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang dipublikasi selama tahun 2009-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 32 sampel.Metode analisis menggunakan model analisis linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian dengan Eviews9 diperoleh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada subsektor perankan BUMN, sedangkan Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada subsektor perbankan BUMN.
