PENGARUH TOXIC LEADERSHIP, IKLIM ORGANISASI, DAN TURNOVER INTENTION TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ( Studi Kasus Pada PT. Global Putra International)

- This study aims to examine the effects of toxic leadership, organizational climate and turnover intention on the performance of employees PT. Global Putra International. The population in this study were 65 people and used saturated samples. Conclusion data technique uses a survey with research instruments using a questionenaire. Data analysis methods use partial least squares. The results showed that toxic leadership had negative and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate had no effect on employee performance and turnover intention had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : toxic leadership, organizational climate, turnover intention, performance employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh toxic leadership, iklim organisasi dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Global Putra International. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan partial least squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa toxic leadership berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
