- This research focuses on monitoring the performance of technicians in the field. The purpose of this research is to control the performance of technician PT.Telkom Access Construction Division. The problem of this research is less optimal performance of technicians in carrying out their duties and job responsibilities due to the lack of supervision level from field supervisor. With the existence of such problems will be made Android-based information system that is expected to facilitate in terms of pengwasan technicians in the field. Keywords: Employee Performance, Supervision, Information System, Android Penelitaian ini berfokus pada pengawasan / pemantauan kinerja teknisi di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan pengawasan kinerja teknisi PT.Telkom Akses Divisi Kontruksi. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya kinerja teknisi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab pekerjaannya akibat lemahnya tingkat pengawasan dari pengawas lapangan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut akan dibuat sistem informasi berbasis Android yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam hal pengwasan teknisi di lapangan.
