PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL MAHASISWA TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Mercu Buana)

- This research was conducted with the aim to find out the influence of emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) students towards an understanding of accounting. The object of the research is to become the active students from regular classes one student who was at Mercu Buana Jakarta. This research was done to the 157 respondents using a descriptive quantitative approach. Therefore, analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that simultaneously, both the independent variable that is emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) influence on the understanding of accounting. The results of this research can be partially showed that emotional intelligence (EQ) influence on the understanding of accounting. While the spiritual intelligence (SQ) have no effect on the understanding of accounting. It can be proven from simultaneous test results (test F) and partial test results (test t) shows the significant value of both variables which support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this study stated that there was a simultaneous influence (together) between variables of emotional intelligence (EQ) and emotional intelligence (SQ) students towards an understanding of accounting. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan Kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) mahasiswa terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Objek yang menjadi penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa aktif dari mahasiswa kelas reguler satu yang berada di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 157 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh sebab itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan, kedua variabel independen yaitu kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial dapat menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional (EQ) berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan nilai yang signifikan dari kedua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara variabel kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan Emosional (SQ) mahasiswa terhadap pemahaman akuntansi.
