- The background in this research is to make the acquisition as one of the techniques for companies to survive in the current fierce competition and also the company can strengthen the capital structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the combination in the company's financial performance before and after the merger based on financial ratios. Research results PT.XL Axiata Tbk in 2012 - 2016 seen Current Ratio, Debt To Total Asset Ratio, Net Worth To Debt Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over after acquisition to be improved, but for Nett Margin profit and Return On Equity after acquired becomes worse this indicates that the company has not shown stability in generating earnings at the level of sales. Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah menjadikan akuisisi sebagai salah satu teknik untukperusahaan untuk bertahan dalam persaingan ketat saat ini dan juga perusahaan dapat memperkuatnyastruktur modal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perpaduan dikinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah penggabungan berdasarkan rasio keuangan. Hasil Penelitian PT.XL Axiata Tbk pada tahun 2012 – 2016 dilihat Current Ratio,Debt To Total Asset Ratio,Net Worth To Debt Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over setelah diakusisi menjadi membaik, namun untuk Nett profit Margin dan Return On Equity setelah diakuisisi menjadi memburuk hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum menunjukkan kestabilan dalam menghasilkan perolehan pada tingkat penjualan.
