work motivation on the performance of PT Total Productions employees. This
research uses survey and questionnaire method. The population is all office
employees who work at PT Total Productions, amounting to 50 employees using a
sample of 50 employees. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis
with SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and
work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT
Total Productions employees because work discipline has a t count of 3,856
greater than 2,012 t table and value significance of 0,000 or less than 0,05. Work
motivation has a t count of 3.683 greater than t table 2,012 and a significance
value of 0,001 or smaller than 0,05.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan
motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Total Productions. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode survey dan kuesioner. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan
kantor yang bekerja pada PT Total Productions yang berjumlah 50 karyawan
dengan menggunakan sampel 50 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan analisis
regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Total Productions karena Disiplin kerja
memiliki t hitung sebesar 3,856 lebih besar dari t table 2,012 dan nilai signifikansi
0,000 atau lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. Motivasi kerja memiliki t hitung sebesar
3,683 lebih besar dari t table 2,012 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 atau lebih kecil
dari pada 0,05.
