  • This research aims to know the influence of the Work Discipline, Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance in The PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia. The objek for this researchi is employee at the production at location in the highway Babelan KM 7,8 Bekasi north, This research was done to 40 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variabel of the Work Discipline, Motivation and Career Development influence and significant on Employee Performance in The PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia. It has been proven from the result of (F) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports the hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between variable of the Work Discipline, Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance in The PT. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Babelan KM 7,8 Bekasi Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari uji simultan (F) dan hasil uji parsial uji (t), juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa, oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini, menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT. Pabrik kertas Noree Indonesia. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan, PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia.
