management system ISO 9001: 2015 to effectiveness of operational activities at PT.
Tesco Indonesia. The effectiveness of operational activities can be seen from the
equipment and maintenance paperwork, time management, and efficiency cost with
high quality standard. This research is an observation research and interviewing
process carried out at PT. Tesco Indonesia in March 2017. This research using
non-probability sample with purposive technique it is the technique of determine
the sample with certain consideration, with the characteristic number of annual
jobs in 2015 – 2016 as the previous record as the guide line for the future. The
result of research shows that application of quality management system ISO
9001:2015 showing strong influence in creating the proper plan and documented
paperwork with cost efficiency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penerapan sistem
manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 terhadap efektifitas kegiatan operasional pada
PT. Tesco Indonesia. Efektifitas kegiatan operasional dapat dilihat dari
dokumentasi perawatan alat, time management nya, serta efisiensi biaya dengan
kualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dan wawancara yang
dilakukan di PT. Tesco Indonesia pada bulan September 2017. Besarnya sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel non probabilitas dengan teknik purposive
sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, dengan
karakteristik pekerjaan dalam 1 tahun 2015 – 2016 sebagai kegiatan yang berlalu
yang akan menjadi panduan yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh kuat dalam
melakukan perencanaan yang matang, terdokumentasi serta dengan biaya yang
efisien.
