environment on job stress and its impact on employee performance. The object of
this research was conducted on employees of the housing office and people’s
residential building. There were 75 respondents as saturated samples which are
employees of the Office of Housing and Residential Building and the method of
data collection is by using questionnaires. The results of this research indicate
that the work discipline and work environment on job stress its impact variables
simultaneously affect the Performance of employees of the Office of Housing and
Residential Building as evidenced by the results of simultaneous test (F test),
while the partial test (t test) shows that the work discipline partially affect the
Performance of employees of the Office of Housing and Residential Building,
work environment partially affect the Performance of employees of the Office of
Housing and Residential Building, and on job stress partially affect the
Performance of employees of the Office of Housing and Residential Building,

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja dan dampaknya pada Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawan Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat. Terdapat 75 responden sebagai sampel jenuh yang merupakan Karyawan yang bekerja pada Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat dan metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja, berpengaruh simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat yang dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F), sementara uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat dan variabel Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemukiman Rakyat.
