PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SANJAYATAMA LESTARI (Studi Kasus Bagian Merchandiser Unilever Team)

- This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The object of this study was the employee of the Unilever Team Merchandiser PT. Sanjayatama Lestari numbered 112 employees while the sample taken in this study were 90 respondents using the Slovin formula. This study uses convenience sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires to respondents in the research location. The data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3.0. Research results show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sanjayatama Lestari. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And organizational commitment has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sanjayatama Lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian Merchandiser Unilever Team PT. Sanjayatama Lestari berjumlah 112 karyawan sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada responden dilokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sanjayatama Lestari. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sanjayatama Lestari.
