PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Lembaga Pendidikan SMP-SMA Islam Az-zamir)

- This study was to analyee the effects of the work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The objects of this study were all employees of the Islamic Institute of Islamic Middle School education Az Zamir Kota Tangerang. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analyed used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that in a persistent and simultaneous manner, the working environment variables, organizational commitment from the employee performance influence the growth of the educational institutions of Islamic Middle School Az Zamir in Tangerang city. This is evidenced by the simultaneous test results (Test F) and the results of the persial test (t test) also shows the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of the test of the work environment variable, organizational commitment to the performance of employees in educational institutions of Islamic Middle Schools and High Schools Az Zamir in Tangerang City. Keywords: Work environment, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, objek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Lembaga Pendidikan SMP-SMA Islam Az Zamir Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial dan simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pada Lembaga Pendidikan SMP-SMA Islam Az Zamir kota tangerang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji persial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji variabel lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diLembaga pendidikan SMPSMA Islam Az Zamir diKota Tangerang.
