- This research aims to know the influence of desain website and promotion on customer buying intention online travel agent tiket.com. The object for this research is all customers tiket.com in Jakarta Barat area. This research was done to 110 respondens by random approanch. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linier regression test. The result of this research shows that the desain website had significant effect on the customer buying intention online travel agent tiket.com. Promotion had no significant effect on the customer buying intention online travel agent tiket.com. And the simultan effect of desain website and promotion had significant effect on the customer buying intention online travel agent tiket.com. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna tiket.com. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 110 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel desain website dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen online travel agent tiket.com. Secara parsial desain website berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen online travel agent tiket.com. Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen online travel agent tiket.com. Secara bersamaan desain website dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen online travel agent tiket.com. Kata kunci : desain website, promosi, minat beli konsumen
