- The purpose of this research is to help complete construction of underpasses Kartini. PT Modern - Virama KSO is a construction services company. PT Modern Virama KSO merupakan perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Dimana yang terjadi saat ini adalah keterlambatan dan ketidakpastian antara waktu penyelesaian proyek, dimana schedule tidak sesuai dengan sebenarnya sehingga membutuhkan model penyelesaian proyek. Model yang digunakan adalah optimasi dengan menggunakan metode PERT. Tujuan PERT adalah untuk hasil penting. Proyek akan selesai tepat waktu dengan ketentuan harus menambah 5 jam kerja dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp 368,021,342. Apabila perusahaan ingin cepat maka harus melakukan percepatan. Kata Kunci:
