- Research conducted at Binus Square Hall Of Residence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and need for achievement on employee performance. The population of this study were 58 employees of Binus Square Hall Of Residence. The sample of this study is all members of the population, as many as 58 people, so that it is called saturated sample research. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and need for achievement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Servant Leadership, Need For Achievement, Employee Performance and PLS Penelitian yang dilakukan di Binus Square Hall Of Residence. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership dan need for achievement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Binus Square Hall Of Residence sebanyak 58 responden. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi, sebanyak 58 orang, sehingga disebut penelitian sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan need for achievement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
