This research is to know the influence of the work stress and the work climate to job statisfaction PT PJB UP MUARA KARANG. This reasearch was done to 80 respondents with using quantitative descriptive approach. Because the data analysis used statistical analysis in the from of multiple linear analysis. The result of thos study indicate that work stress influence the employee performance, work climate has influence the job statisfaction. Meanwhile work stress and work climate have influence to the job statisfaction simultaneously. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Climate, Job Statisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Iklim Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT PJB UP MUARA KARANG”. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena ini analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan stres kerja dan iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja secarasi multan. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja, Iklim kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
