Improving company performance is one way that can be taken to achieve these goals. The existence of different functions that are supported by different managerial in a loyal company that can affect the performance of the company. Besides that Leverage and company size also affect company performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence, company and managerial size on the performance of companies in different companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research population is a company engaged in the industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2016 period which circulated 42 companies. The data used with purposive sampling method, obtained as many as 10 companies that became the research sample. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression.
The results showed that the Leverage variable, firm size had a significant effect on company performance, while managerial variables had no significant effect on company performance.

Tercapainya kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan para pemilik modal atau pemegang saham
menjadi salah satu tujuan utama perusahaan. Peningkatan kinerja perusahaan
merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat di tempuh untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.
Adanya perbedaan kepentingan menimbulkan konflik yang di dukung dengan
kepemilikan manajerial yang berbeda di setia perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi
kinerja perushaan. Selain itu Leverage dan ukuran perusahaan juga mempengaruhi
kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, ukuran
perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan
sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi Penelitian ini
adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia selama periode 2014-2016 yang berjumlah 42 perusahaan. Data yang
dikumpulkan dengan metode purpsive sampling, di peroleh sebanyak 10 perusahaan
yang menjadi sample penelitian. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Leverage,Ukuran perusahaan
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan variabel kepemilikan
manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
