quality of work life and work satisfactionon ojek online driver in Jakarta.
Research was done by insidental sampling technique within 272 of participants.
The measurement tool in this research is Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire
(1967) that developed by Weiss, Dawis, England, and Lofquist to meassure work
satisfaction and Quality of Work Life Evaluation Scale (1975) that developed by
Walton to meassure quality of work life. The measurement tools have gone
through by expert judgement and adapted to language. The results showed the
correlation coefficient value of 0.275 (p ≤ 0.05), meaning there is a positive
significant relationship between quality of work life and work satisfaction on ojek
online driver in Jakarta, which those who have higher quality of work life are
more likely to have higher work satisfaction compared to those who do not.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kualitas
kehidupan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada pengemudi ojek online di Jakarta.
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling insidental dengan jumlah
subyek sebanyak 272 pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat
ukur Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (1967) yang disusun oleh Weiss,
Dawis, England, dan Lofquis untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dan Quality of
Work Life Evaluation Scale (1975) yang disusun oleh Walton untuk mengukur
kualitas kehidupan kerja. Alat ukur tersebut telah melalui proses expert judgement
dan telah diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan
uji korelasi dan menunjukkan nilai koefisiensi korelasi r = 0,275 (p ≤ 0.05) artinya
ada hubungan yang positif signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap
kepuasan kerja pada pengemudi ojek online, dimana mereka yang mempunyai
kualitas kehidupan kerja yang tinggi maka memiliki kecenderungan kepuasan
kerja yang tinggi pula pada ojek online di Jakarta.
