PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PARAMEDIS ( PERAWAT ) RUMAH SAKIT CITRA MEDIKA DEPOK

- This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of paramedic (nurse) Citra Medika Hospital Depok. The research method used in this research is the method of causal research. Data collection methods were obtained through surveys and questionnaires. The sample used in this research is saturated sample. The object of this study is all paramedics (nurses) Citra Medika Hospital Depok counted 46 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The result of the research shows that competence has a positive effect on performance. Motivation has a positive effect on performance. Work environment has a positive effect on performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Work Environment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja paramedic (perawat) Rumah Sakit Citra Medika Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui survey dan kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh paramedis (perawat) Rumah Sakit Citra Medika Depok sebanyak 46 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja
