Pharmaceutical company’s growth has been decreased since 2011 which could have potentially lowered firm value. This study aims to determine the influence of variables Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Size and Liquidity to Firm Value (Case Study of Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2009- 2016. In this research using panel regression data assisted by Eviews software version 8.0. Results of research shows that partially Dividend Policy (DPR), Profitability (ROE), Firm Size has significant effect to Firm Value (PBV). Meanwhile Liquidity has not significant effect to Firm Value (PBV) Pharmaceutical sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2016. Therefore, Indonesian Pharmaceutical Company need to consider the right of dividend policy, increase sales by formulating strategy, implement the good asset management and keep the ability to settle longterm liabilities that can give the positive signal to invest capital by investor.
