ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI DELISTING PERUSAHAAN TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2007-2015

- This study aims to examine the factors that affect the probability of companies experiencing delisting in the Stock Exchange in Indonesia. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Samples are taken from the list of delisting companies in IDX for the period 2007-2015. Population is a listing company in Indonesia. The sample uses criteria based on companies that are delisted by involuntary companies with non-delisted (paired sample) companies. Paired sample is a comparable sample. Of a population of 45 delisting companies, 33 delisting companies met the criteria as samples. Then selected comparable companies based on firm size and industry type to make comparable comparisons for each sampled company. The results showed the total number of final samples consist of 66 companies, 33 delisting companies and 33 matching companies. The research data is the company's financial data which is forcibly delisted and comparable company. Financial data is financial data three years before the company delisting. This study analyzed the company's financial data by using descriptive statistics and logistic regression. The results showed, profitability and leverage are the variables that have a significant influence on the probability of delisting in three years before delisting. The period of two years before delisting, stock liquidity is a factor that determines the probability of delisting a company. The closer to the delisting period, ie, in the period of one year before delisting, stock liquidity is a factor that significantly affects the probability of delisting. Meanwhile, growth opportunities do not signify the effect on corporate delisting even though the increase in growth opportunities decreases the probability of delisting. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel diambil dari daftar perusahaan delisting di BEI untuk periode tahun 2007-2015. Populasi adalah perusahaan listing di Indonesia. Sampel menggunakan kriteria berdasarkan pada perusahaan yang delistingsecara paksa (involuntary) dengan perusahaan yang non delisting (paired sample). Paired sample adalah sampel yang sebanding.Dari populasi 45 perusahaan delisting, 33 perusahaan delisting memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Kemudian dipilih perusahaan yang sebanding berdasarkan ukuran perusahaan dan jenis industri untuk membuat perbandingan yang setara untuk setiap sampel perusahaan yang dihapus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah seluruhnya sampel akhir terdiri dari 66 perusahaan, 33 perusahaan delisting dan 33 perusahaan yang cocok. Data penelitian merupakan data keuangan perusahaan yang delisting secara paksa dan perusahaan yang sebanding. Data keuangan adalah data keuangan tiga tahun sebelum perusahaan delisting. Penelitian ini menganalisis data keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, profitabilitas danleverag emerupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap probabilitas delisting pada tiga tahun sebelum delisting. Periode dua tahun sebelum delisting, likuiditas saham merupakan faktor yang menentukan probabilitas delisting perusahaan. Makin mendekati periode delisting, yaitu pada periode satu tahun sebelum delisting, likuiditas saham merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap probabilitas delisting. Sementara itu, peluang petumbuhan tidak signfikan pengaruhnya terhadap delisting perusahaan meskipun kenaikan peluang pertumbuhan menurunkan probabilitas delisting.
