PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA SEKTOR BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PADA TAHUN 2012-2016

- This research aims to examine effect of intellectual capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data were used in this research is audited financial report. The samples in this study using the method of purposive. Based on sampling criteria there is 9 companies has the criteria and the final sample in this study is 11 observation. The hypothesis of this research is tested by using path analysis. The finding shows that (1) Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance (ROE),(2) Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) has no effect on Financial Performance (ROE), (3) Structure Capital Value Added (VACA) has no effect to Financial Performance (ROE), (4) Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has no effect to company value (PBV), (5) Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) has no effect on firm’s value (PBV), (6) Structure Capital Value Added (STAVA) has not effect on firm’s value (PBV), (7) Financial Performance (ROE) has positive and significant influence to firm’s value (PBV) Keywords: Intellectual capital, financial performance and firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang telah diaudit. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebayak 9 perusahaan dan jumlah keseluruhan sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 11 sampel data. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Value Added Capital Employeed (VACA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROE), (2) Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROE), (3) Structure Capital Value Added (STAVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROE), (4) Value Added Capital Employeed (VACA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), (5) Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), (6) Structure Capital Value Added (STAVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), (7) Kinerja Keuangan (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
