ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SISTEM BEKISTING PADA PROYEK GEDUNG RUMAH SUSUN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP DAN METODE SMART

- In reinforced concrete construction work, the selection of the right formwork system requires a process that is not simple and requires time, in terms of effective and efficient. The industrial world of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) methods have proven to be quite good in decision making. Both are methods by taking many criteria as the basis of decision making. The need of materials and equipment used to facilitate the process of work is needed especially in formwork work. The decision selection process is basically choosing the best alternative. The purpose of this study was to compare two types of formwork namely conventional formwork and table form system on the work of beams and floor plates using AHP method and SMART method, so that the best formwork alternative was obtained. This research uses quantitative method, which data obtained from questionnaires and project data. The following criteria are cost, job schedule, quality, and human resources. Result of calculation analysis using SMART method got final weight for conventional formwork alternative equal to 0,16 and for alternative formwork table form that is equal to 0,84. While the results of analysis using AHP weights obtained comparison of the use of conventional forming that is equal to 0.460 and for alternative formwork table form that is equal to 0,540. Both methods show alternatives that meet the criteria to be chosen ie formwork table table system. Keywords: Formwork, Decision making, SMART, AHP Dalam pekerjaan konstruksi beton bertulang, pemilihan sistem bekisting yang tepat dibutuhkan proses yang tidak sederhana dan membuthkan waktu, dilihat dari segi efektif dan efisien. Didunia industri metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Multi Attribut Rating Technique (SMART) telah terbukti cukup baik dalam pembuatan keputusan. Keduanya adalah suatu metode dengan mengambil banyak kriteria sebagai dasar dari pembuatan keputusan. Kebutuhan material dan peralatan yang digunakan untuk memudahkan proses pekerjaan sangat dibutuhkan terutama pada pekerjaan bekisting. Proses pemilihan keputusan pada dasarnya adalah memilih suatu alternatif yang terbaik. Tujuan penelitian adalah membandingkan dua tipe bekisting yaitu bekisting konvensional dan sistem table form pada pekerjaan balok dan pelat lantai dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan metode SMART, sehingga didapatkan alternatif bekisting yang terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang mana data didapat dari kuesioner dan data proyek. Kriteria yang dibandingkaan yaitu biaya, jadwal pekerjaan, mutu kualitas, dan sumber daya manusia. Hasil analisis perhitungan menggunakan metode SMART didapat bobot akhir untuk alternatif bekisting konvensional sebesar 0,16 dan untuk alternatif bekisting table form yaitu sebesar 0,84. Sedangkan hasil analisis menggunakan AHP didapatkan bobot perbandingan penggunaan bekisting konvensional yaitu sebesar 0,460 dan untuk alternatif bekisting table form yaitu sebesar 0,540.
