PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI SUB SEKTOR KIMIA Periode 2012-2016

- This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of firm size, company growth, capital structure and liquidity on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) chemical sub-sector for the period 2012-2016. The study population consisted of 9 chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The measurement is done using SIZE to measure company size, Growth to measure company growth, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to measure capital structure, Current Ratio (CR) to measure liquidity and Price to Book Value (PBV) to measure company value. This study uses panel data regression method. With R2 of 42.72% and independent variables together can significantly influence the dependent variable. The model used in this research is Random Effect Model. While the results of this study indicate that the variables SIZE, DER and CR do not have an influence on the value of the company. GROWTH has a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords : Size, Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Price to Book Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sub sektor kimia periode 2012-2016. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 9 perusahaan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Adapun pengukurannya dilakukan menggunakan SIZE untuk mengukur ukuran perusahaan, Growth untuk mengukur pertumbuhan perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) untuk mengukur struktur modal, Current Ratio (CR) untuk mengukur likuiditas dan Price to Book Value (PBV) untuk mengukur nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Dengan R2 sebesar 42.72% dan variabel-variabel independen secara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan variabel dependen. Adapun model yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Random Effect Model. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel SIZE, DER dan CR tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. GROWTH berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
